Organize and find your chats with statuses and filters

• Assign statuses to track deals in the different stage on the pipeline
• Automatic chat filters on top will help you find the deals that require your attention:
  • Unread — simply new unread messages, like in tg
  • Unanswered — the last message has not been answered by anyone from the team even if it was read If no action required you can remove it from “Unanswered” by clicking eye icon “mark as answered” (it will re-activate if there is a new message from the client)
  • Team Activity — new messages/comments in the internal chat about this deal
  • Active tasks — deals that have tasks assigned to you
  • Mentions — the deals where you’ve been @-ed in the internal chat
• You can combine chat filters with CRM filters, and segment deals by labels, owner, and last activity

Discuss the deal with team and store the context without leaving the chat

Each deal (tg group) has:

• Internal chat — leave the notes and discuss the deal with your team
• Info — you can add labels, description, and the owner of the deal
• Activity — log pre-defined activities right in the chat (custom activities TBA soon)
• Tasks — assign task to your teammates
• Templates — store your frequently used templates and quickly paste them in Tg input field

Tasks and reminders

You can set deadlines on the tasks you create as well as create reminders for yourself. The notification will appear in the morning of the chosen day and will stay there until you dismiss it.

Our tg bot will conveniently notify you and your teammates about Mentions and Tasks on Telegram so you can stay calm they will not go unnoticed.
